Q お家賃のお支払いはいつ行ったら良いですか
A 初めてのご契約の場合は 契約当月は無料となります
翌月からは前月末までにお支払いください
例;10月15日入居の場合 → 10月分は無料 11月分は10月末までにお支払い、
以後毎月末までにお支払い
Q: When should I pay the rent?
A: For the first contract, the rent for the contract month is free.
From the following month, please pay by the end of the previous month.
Example: If you move in on October 15th, October's rent is free, and November's rent must be paid by the end of October.
Pay by the end of each month thereafter.

Q スカイは設置できますか
A スカイボックスは 高度は300m以上で 周囲のスカイと200〜300m以上離れた場所
に設置お願いいたします
Q: Can I install a skybox?
A: Skyboxes must be installed at an altitude of 300m or higher and at least 200–300m away from surrounding skyboxes.
Q すりんく使いたいのですが
A 申請時に[GR]RealEstateのurl(https://sigenaka2023.wixsite.com/gr-real-estate)と
お客様のレンタルボックスの土地urlお伝えいただく事で申請が通るようです
万一申請が通らない場合は ご連絡いただければ当HPのお客様情報(ここ)に物件の
店舗情報・賃貸場所・賃貸料金を明記させていただく事で利用可能となります
また、ご自身でご用意されたグループを使用したい場合は個別にご相談ください

Q: What should I do when moving out?
A: Notify "grande2525" at least one week in advance when terminating the contract.
The rent for the final month's usage period will be calculated on a prorated basis. Please settle the amount due.We will initialize the land settings, so please do not touch the land settings when you move out.
